Aron Cherep is our Production Manager. He was recently nominated by the South Florida Manufacturers Association as Employee of the Year for 2020. In 2019, Aron put together a complex unit at CellAntenna, completely on his own in half the time it normally takes. He is eager to learn new ways of being more effective on the production floor, and is consistently applying the Lean Six Sigma methods he has learned. Aron has great technical knowledge and has so much potential to continue growing and learning with the company. He is a wonderful team leader and role model to all within and outside of CellAntenna
